The Vineyard Homesteads is a 319 acre residential development by Anderson Development. Each POD is designed with a specific member of a community in mind. We offer an assortment of single family, Senior, and attached town home development PODS; complete with entitlements for builders to choose from. The ground was assembled, zoned, and entitled by Anderson Development. The development is located between I-15 and the east shores of Utah Lake, just west of the Center Street Exit in Orem City. The Vineyard Homesteads will provide 1,123 homes for Utah County families and residents.
